Greg Blazer has over 15 years of experience handling a broad range of matters, primarily in the areas of business, real property transactions and probate. He handles complex trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts. Greg represents individuals, corporations, small business owners, estate representatives, heirs and beneficiaries in lawsuits, mediations and arbitrations involving contract disputes, real estate transactions, partnership and business disputes, clouds on title, boundary line disputes, allegations of fraud, breach of covenants not to compete, breach of fiduciary duty and lack of testamentary capacity.
Greg earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the nation's top-ranked accounting program at the University of Texas, and practiced in a major accounting firm as a licensed C.P.A. before entering law school. He went on to earn his Doctor of Law from the Emory University School of Law in 1996, where he received top honors in Tax and Appellate Advocacy. While at Emory, he was national champion at the Sutherland Cup Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C. Greg was elected Director-In-Chief of the Emory Moot Court Society, overseeing one of the most successful competitive years in Emory Law School history and culminating with Emory's victory in the National Moot Court Competition, sponsored by the New York City Bar Association, where Emory swept the awards for Best Team, Best Brief and Best Oralist. He was also one of two recipients in his class of the Georgia Civil Justice Foundation Award for Outstanding Trial Advocacy and one of five nominees as Outstanding Graduate in his law school class. Since graduating, Greg has served on the Emory Law School Alumni Advisory Council Executive Committee and volunteers coaching moot court teams.
