Greg Blazer has over 25 years of experience handling a broad range of matters, primarily in the areas of business and real estate litigation, appeals, estate planning and probate. He handles complex trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts. Greg represents individuals, corporations, small business owners, estate representatives, heirs and beneficiaries in all forms of dispute resolution including lawsuits, mediations and arbitrations. He has successfully represented clients in disputes over business contracts, estate probate and administration, business formation and operations, clouds on title, real property tax sales, boundary line disputes, breaches of covenants not to compete, breaches of fiduciary duty, and the validity of Wills.

Greg earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the nation's top-ranked accounting program at the University of Texas at Austin and practiced as a licensed C.P.A. in a major accounting firm before he entered law school. Greg went on to earn his Doctor of Law from the Emory University School of Law in 1996, where he received top honors in Taxation and Appellate Advocacy. While at Emory, he was national champion at the Sutherland Cup Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C. Greg was then elected Director-In-Chief of the Emory Moot Court Society, culminating in Emory's victory at the National Moot Court Competition in New York City, where Emory swept the awards for Best Team, Best Brief and Best Oralist. Greg was one of two recipients in his class of the Georgia Civil Justice Foundation Award for Outstanding Trial Advocacy and one of five nominees as Outstanding Graduate in his law school class. Since graduating, Greg has served on the Emory Law School Alumni Advisory Council Executive Committee and has volunteered as a coach for Emory Law School’s moot court competitive teams.
